ANOTHER LOST DAY FOR THE GARDEN

It’s been raining for over 36 hours now so there is not much to tell about the garden, instead I am going to tell you about the flora and fauna of Kenya where we were on holliday a few years ago.

Kenya is paradise for those who love the birds and the bee’s , the flowers and the tree’s and last but not least ofcourse the big mamals. On vacation we are allways on the lookout for plants and animals whether it is in Belgium or abroad, my husband is a very keen birdlover where as I love everything about nature. The hotels we stayed in were awesome, they all had beautfull gardens and the rooms were cottages in the garden, the food was excellent !

If ever you decide to visit Kenya you can make the children there very happy with something they can write with and with a t-shirt and shorts as people there are very poor and many children don’t have a pen or even a book to write their notes in.

This will be it for today, as of tomorrow we’ll get better weather but tomorrow I have to work.

ENJOY YOUR DAY AND YOUR GARDEN !! and thanks for stopping by !

    • I think we can start telling tourist who go to those countries to take as much pens as they can. The school we visited over there had a donation of a rich American so they could build a school as most kids over there just have a tree to sit under whilst getting lessons !

    • Africa, a beautifull continent ! We loved our stay there and we certainly will go back. I would love to go to South Africa, you have the wildlife there and the succulents and lots and lots of flowers. I guess you miss your country !
