  1. Climate change is having an effect all over the world. We are suffering our hottest October days ever and it is more like summer but still technically spring.

    • pesonally I love the warmer weather but climat change is a disaster for people and animals, we live rather close to the sea and they say that in 50 yers time a big part of Belgium will be under water !!! that is scary !!!! enjoy your Spring !

  2. Thanks for putting a name to a face, so to speak! I’m doing a sketch of an ANEMONE JAPONICA HONORINE JOBERT that I took a picture of this past summer but I didn’t know what kind of flower it was. I was so happy to see your photo with the label! I am generally envious of your garden, so beautiful. And I’m glad you share it with us. What a happy coincidence, today. Thank you.

  3. Gorgeous! What a treat to still have our perennials in bloom as we move into late October. Our “peak” autumn color dates were just “shifted” from mid-October to early November….Virginia is normally blazing with fall leaf color by now, but we are still waiting for it to emerge while enjoying the late flowers. Best wishes, WG

    • yesterday Autumn started for real this tie, normally we have temperatures arround 10 C, but Saturday we had 25 C° ! yesterday was a lot colder with storm winds ad lots of rain and the leafs are dropping fast now…..
