We had a few cooler days and rain, lots of soft rain and nature is very grateful for it and so am I as my plants are recovering from the heat wave now. I have taken a few pictures to show you what is going on in my garden at the moment.
PASSIFLORA CAERULEA OR PASSIONFLOWER, I JUST CAN’T GET ENOUGH OF THEM ! THEY GROW AND BLOOM LIKE MAD FOR MONTHS ON END
PINK BEGONIA AND WHITE BUSY LIZZY
TAGETES WITH TINY YELLOW FLOWERS
PELARGONIUM SPECIES, A STRONG ONE AS I HAVE HAD IT FOR YEARS
THIS ROCK NEAR THE POND IS VERY ATTRACTIVE FOR THE BIRDS AS THE WATER FLOWS WINTER AND SUMMER, THE BIRDS USE IT TO DRINK AND TO BATHE
ONE OF MY WATER CONTAINERS, IT IS NOT A PRETTY SIGHT YET BUT I AM GOING TO HIDE IT WITH PLANTS
HAVE A GREAT DAY ALL AND THANKS FOR VISITING !
Your garden always has so much colour, beautiful photos Gwennie
Your camera is exceptional! The 3D effect of these blossoms is stunning! Are you a flower person first or a photographer first?
I am definitely a flower person, nature lover, doggy nutter but I love taking pictures, I am always the one taking pictures with every family do and I am the one who has all the old pictures of my ancestors ; black and whites and sepia couloured who were taken by a real photographer over 100 years ago as no one else in the family wanted them
That is so very cool. And it is a wonderfully creative outlet. If only everyone could be as head-over-heels into their “work” as we are!
I think too many people are superficial, they only want to see their own beauty in the mirror !
Still very dry here.
we had quite a bit of rain but we have also very sandy soil so it dries quickly !
