MORE DECORATION

I did some more Christmas decoration this weekend, my 5 year old granddaughter “redecorated” almost everything she could get her hands on, she has so many toys here but she can’t keep her hands off my home decoration, so when she is gone I have to re-arrange everything again. I think she is going to be an interior decorator when she grows up ! 😀

Now I am ready for Christmas, are you ? I hope you’ll all enjoy the end of this year !!!

 

 

IT IS BEGINNING TO LOOK LIKE CHRISTMAS NOW

I have finally started to decorate my house for Christmas, it always takes a few days before all is done but I always start with my Christmas tree and then I take it from there.

THIS YEARS CHRISTMAS TREE IN SILVER, WHITE AND BLUE, AS WE RECENTLY PAINTED OUR LIVINGROOM IN BLUE WHITE AND YELLOW

I still have a lot to do before all is done but I love doing it.

Have fun decorating for Christmas and for those who are lucky enough to have Summer at the moment : enjoy it as much as you can !

 

FINALLY

I finally found some time to start on my Christmas decorations. I decided not to have a tree this year, my husband insists on a real tree but I always feel so sad when it has to go again, it has to grow for several years before it is big enough to serve as a Christmas tree and then after a few weeks in the house it has to go and as we can’t plant it in our garden to give it a second life….so I try to give my house a festive feel with other Christmas decorations. It is a job that takes several days but today I made a start. Life has been terrible hectic for me lately, I always think that the days of December go faster than the days of the other months, I don’t know why !

ITS CLASSIC RED AND SILVER, I LOVE THE WARMTH OF THE RED AGAINST THE COOL OF THE SILVER, BUT I TRY A DIFFERENT SET UP EVERY YEAR

There is more to come in the next days, I even found some bloomers in the garden !!!

MY CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS

And so this is Christmas again, the end of another year. As always I try to keep my decorations simple.
